In Maui, orchids grow in abundance with the right amount of heat and sun providing us with gorgeous flowers. Loads were used in the union of Sarah and Matthew at the White Orchid Beach House in Makena. From the flower aisle to the leis and bouquets, creating a floral feast for the eyes. Traveling all the way from Ontario Canada to escape the cold, the couple were surrounded by their loved ones as they exchanged their vows. Guests witnessed as the couple gifted lei’s to each other to signify their love. The Hawaiian officiant presided over the ceremony with his colorful paleo to match the decor of the event. Blowing the conch shell as Sarah and Matthew sealed their marriage with their first kiss as husband and wife. After the ceremony, guests made their way to the bar where they were greeted with bright tropical drinks and passed appetizers to sate them until dinner. Taking a stroll to the beach the married pair were able to share a private moment while taking in the view of Molokini as the sunlight shone down upon it. After cutting the cake, Sarah and Matthew joined their guests at the dining table for a delicious meal of Hawaiian cuisine before ending the night with Shave Ice, a local favorite.
