Taking place at Maui’s newest event center, Sugar Beach Event of Hawaii, Regina and Hai hosted a grand affair celebrating their Chinese heritage and American roots on their wedding day. Encompassing the traditional Chinese wedding color of red with gold accents, the decor created a rich, sophisticated backdrop for the elegant bride and groom.
After their heartfelt ceremony, the newlyweds and guests were treated to gourmet appetizers such as Lobster Creme Brulee and Bacon Wrapped Ginger Soy Scallops. Yum! They were also treated to a glorious Hawaiian sunset to go with the champagne toasts and caviar dreams. After a dinner of Marinated Lamb Chops with Basil Pesto and local Purple Sweet Potatoes, a fiery performance featuring Maui’s best Fire Dancers of Manutea Nui E was a great way to incorporate local Hawaiian culture into their day. Finishing off the night, the bride and groom busted moves on the LED lit dance floor, til their feet hurt. Love and joy were felt throughout the night in what is sure to be sign of a life happiness for this fun couple.
