The Eastside of Maui is a hidden gem of untouched beauty. At its center beats the heart of Hāna. With stunning vistas, breathtaking coastline and colorful beaches, this remote majesty is where Somer and Michael chose to elope. The bride and groom had tried to plan a wedding before but the plans fell apart. With dreams of have a romantic ceremony with just the two of them, they nearly gave up until the found Waianapanapa State Park and the Hāna Wedding Company. Finally, it was coming together!
Finding a private spot on the dramatic black lava cliffs with the waves crashing behind them, the couple promised forever to each other. Allowing us to be a part of their day, Somer assured us that she was the most unphotogenic subject, yet all that was captured was a calm beauty she radiated as she wed her love, Michael. Both were so taken with just how special our little piece of paradise is, the bride had to share…
Hana is definitely one of the most magical places on earth and it will certainly be an experience you will never forget. It’s one of the most beautiful places I have ever been, and it was the perfect location for our ceremony.
